The Role
- Will manage a consistent, competent and customer focused team.
- Always prioritising customer needs ensuring clear communication for the customer.
- Oversee day to day performance of the team.
- Maintain compliance with defined KPI’s and drive performance against key metrics.
- Provide coaching, training and reviews.
- Managing customer experience and resolving issues.
- Liasing with a range of departments to do this.
The Person
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
