- Days: 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative at Qube in Aylesford, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring parcels are processed quickly and safely to reach customers on time. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for sorting parcels, loading vans, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort parcels efficiently according to delivery routes.
- Load vans safely and securely to ensure timely deliveries.
- Work to deadlines to keep operations running on schedule.
- Handle parcels with care to minimise damage.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow health & safety and manual handling guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
What We’re Looking For In a Warehouse Operative
- Reliability and good timekeeping.
- Ability to work on your feet and carry out manual handling.
- A strong team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided.
